Will Wilson

Following an extensive career in the British military and later on security operations, Will moved to Rwanda in early 2021, which allowed him to engage with his underlying passions for photography and wildlife. His first book, published in the beginning of 2023 focused on those birds found in Rwanda’s capital, Kigali. Will has also written extensively for The New Times Newspaper about the life of Rwanda’s birds and his field work has seen him travel extensively across the country and the wider region supporting conservation organisations.  

Will shares his passion of wildlife and photography with others through photography workshops, presentations, podcasts, events and on his social media platforms @2Wsphotography.
